Describe the trigger, each decision and the expected output, with clear approval boundaries. Exceptions are routed to a named owner instead of repeatedly retrying a business action without oversight.
Operations handover
Receive the agreed editable files or configuration notes, an explanation of routine operation and a list of external dependencies. Access is transferred to the authorized owner; third-party licenses remain subject to their own terms.

A simpler deployment is preferred when orchestration would add unnecessary cost.
